I am very curious how they claim to be able to send 1 million visitor to your site. Where do those visitors come from and how do they persuade them to come to your site?
Please only answer if you have a real idea of how they do it.

Sometimes little kids in china click links for you...Sometimes the traffic is generated from expired domains. It is redirected to your site which is the best option since those are real visitors that might actually be interested in your site and even click ads.

Buy display ad banners on Yahoo! google network and networks targeted to Hyderabad ( or Ur Target markets ). buy search on google ( key words like local hyd, business hyd , etc ) or if thre is no money budgets take the social medai route like the lady suggested being a local website you can also look at advertising on Autorickshaws , local citi channel , news paper etc

Buying traffic is illegal and it will only get your site black listed by the search engines.
