When it comes to food. It depend individual taste. Many chicken sh*t restaurant call them self cuisines they serve sh*t, I like Cantonese STEAM EAST SQUASH, OR STEAM EAST MELLON . they take EAST SQUASH removed the seeds and filled with ham ,chicken, mushroom, pork, and herbs.Steamed till the meat is mouth watery and tender.Especially the juicy inside the squash. You have to order this in advance. Next, a whole steam fish, maybe a large helabite Third, would be a Peking duck with plum sauce.Tthe only different Szechuan and Hunan is hot and spicy.
