looks alright,
I used to run this deck when it first came out, but it should be a little different now,
and I do side the 3rd REDMD, I think the third trade-in should stay with all the lv8s you can't get out of your hand sometimes. 2 allure is a must, and I also suggest 2 gold sarc, should work fine.
I don't see the needs for rose warrior, this deck should sworm, so synchros may not be that good of idea, except for dark strike...but then lv7 doesn't really fit in your deck.

-card of safe return
-royal decree
-bottomless
+mirror force
+t tribute
+2 gold sarc/get d.d.r
+2 red eyes wynver
still, I think the deck should stay at 40, the deck goes away faster.
