99 percentile in non-language test? what does that mean?

Kindly explain please. And what's the numerical score equal to very superior? Right now, I still can't believe how I got those results.

    99th percentile means that you scored higher than 99% of the test takers. You cannot be in the 100th percentile because you cannot score higher than 100% of all test takers (i.e. you cannot score higher than yourself and the other people who made the same grade that you did).
