Has anyone seen the movie FOOD, INC. yet?
I've read quite a bit about this movie - about how it exposes the food industry; how we are manipulated into buying what foods we buy, how we're told what to buy, how many foods are really bad for you, and how we're not given full information on what we eat.
I've not seen the movie, and I'm looking for opinions from those who have - how was it?
Has your opinion of food changed?
Will you change your diet?
And, will you now "never look at dinner the same way"??

I want to see it. It hasn't come to my city yet. I have seen "The Future of Food" and "The truth about Monsanto" and "Supersize Me" they were all very good and it's a topic I am very interested in.
