the cartoon is here. can anyone tell me what it signifies. also the image of tanks and unarmed chinese student reminds us of a recent event in chinese history. does anyone know which?

It's reminiscent of the Tiannamen Square protests of 1989. During that time the Chinese government had a harsh, and brutal crackdown on the protestors. During this crackdown, footage was shot of a protestor standing in front of an oncoming tank. What it signifies now, is that major tech/ecommerce companies are willing to subvert freedom in order to please the Chinese government. You can see this by the writings on the tanks. Yahoo, Google, and Cisco.

The cartoon is reminiscent of the 1989 Tianamen Square incident where a lone person stood before the tanks (he was never heard from again).
The cartoon has made Yahoo, Google and Cisco the tanks. They are big guns which control the internet. Its equally dangerous to oppose them.

it means that search engines are taking over the web and you because on the wheels it says yahoo, google, and cisco (at least that is what i think it means)
