1. You are very unlikely to get a high-level free runescape account, even if you had a cellphone to buy that ringtone. It is most likely a fake site that either gives you a level 3 account (entirely new account) or just takes paid for services you may not have wanted or send you ads.

2. You can make yourself your own, free runescape account at:

http://www.runescape.com/

Simply click on "Create a free account" on the upper left part of the main site.

3. Account sharing/trading is a violation of the code of conduct and as such real life laws. All accounts are officially owned by Jagex and can only be used by one person.

If Jagex detects an account switching ownership it will most likely be banned/unplayable.

dude dont buy an acc....u wont be proud cuz its someone elses work work on ur own acc and have the pride of making it great its much more fun tht way...i got a lvl 107 and im proud as heck XD so ull be happier with lvling ur own acc.
