I want to have a faster frame rate?
My computer specs are these:
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T6400 @ 2.00 GHz 2.00 GHz
RAM 3.00 GB
32-bit Operating System.
Every time I play an online game like Combat Arms or Counter Strike, my frame rate is all the way down to like 17 fps. But, when there aren't many people in the game room, my frame rate goes up.
My internet speed is 245 kbps minimum and 300 kbps maximum. Is it because of my internet connection that I have a low frame rate?

is that laptop? to get higher framerate you need better graphics card.

I dont think the internet connection has anything to do with the frame rate. Try purchasing a better graphics card and getting more RAM for your computer.

you may need a better graphics card and definitely a faster internet connection.
