i know this is werid but is there a way to force your self to have "nightmares"?

ok so i don't really get what most people conseter as nightmares i just get really werid dreams but they might scare other people and i was wondering if there is a way to force ur self to have this werid dreams or nightmares? i had a weird dream once but most people i told about it said they would have probley died of a heart attack if they had that dream and asked me how i felt after i woke up. well what i did was is i put it in a school report/ story and i got a great grade on it and the dream didn't fase me a bit. its a long story because it was a long dream but it was basicly i was in my math class and then random things started to attack us and one of my friends her head feel off (yes i am male but i have many female friends and no thats doesn't mean i am gay i am steight deal with it) and then me and one of my friend we ran and then as we were running she kinda desintagated and what not and then there was a big fight seen and then i ran with werewolfs after me and i ran to a cliff with a big tree and it had a rope hanging from it and i jumped off the cliff grabbed the rope and swong around the cliff and landing behide the werewolfs but they ran off the cliff after me when i jumped. then i woke up (yes i left out alot but its not importen) any ways how can i force my self to have more dreams like this. i would love to write about them and use them for stuff. any ways please help me with this i know its a weird thing to want but i need to know. and don't say eat sugar cuz i live off sugar and i rarly get dreams like that.

Update:

idk why but i puke if i eat pork so anything else?

Update 2:

well i usally remeber my dreams thats not the problem its just makeing my normal dreams freaky and weird

Update 3:

well i do get stressed but i live an extroady life so odd stuff doesn't bug me. idk why but most stuff people find scary doesn't bug me but i do get stressed out if some one knows how to push my buttens. usally i get mad though and then get tenis then i chew some gum and i lighten up a bit +} but i usally don't get tenis unless i drive or get adrenalline pumping.

The first thing to come to mind would be to watch several scary (like blood and gore) or read some scary book (Stephen King). If that doesn't work just watch/read a new movie/book in which you do not know the ending and cut off just at the climax of the story (possible find out where to stop from a friend who has already seen/read it), and do this before you sleep. I wish you many future bad-dreams! And good luck with your writings!

Sounds to me like your going to have a hard time doing this. If the dream didn't stress you then very little in life is going to stress you. Be thankful! You'll probably live a long healthy life.

Just as you are going to bed each night remind yourself that you want to remember your dreams. Idid this and it worked After about a week or two I was telling myself the opposite! It was too freaky.

    1. Get super stressed out

    2. Eat large amounts of food before bed(like recommended above)

    3. Watch scarrrrrrrry movies and t.v. shows before you go to bed.

    4. Sleep in uncomfortable positions

Of course you can, it's called eating large amounts of bacon and pork grease right before going to bed
