Does Obama health care reform eliminate out of network coverage ?

Have not heard any talk of it in reform.Out of network is nothing more then a insurance money making scam.I got the bills to prove it.My deductible went up an extra 1500.00 and they only paid 40%

No, you can always go out of network if you have the money to do it, I've had to before, and it costs a fortune, certainly not affordable even now. The new plan wouldn't stop that, if you have the money, you can always go to a private doctor.

I want more options. I currently pay an arm and a leg for supposedly good insurance who constantly denies claims & overrides my doctors, who are IN network. And half the doctors they list as "in network" aren't actually taking patients. It's a complete scam.
