Because he was freakishly born to want to rule the world, and a maternal figure is naturally supposed to seem superior and dominant. so naturally he wants to crush anyone or anything that could put any kind of restraint on him.

lol, He hates her because she treats him like a baby, and of course, you know him, he totally sees himself as like the smartest, superior guy. So it's like being turned down. If you see that breastfeeding episode? He's dependent on her for survival though cause he loves her breast milk, but he hates relying on people so he's like going crazy and is very frustrated to himself. Guess who he takes it off on? Of course, his own mom!
