Can Wild Blue do this to me? Can I sue them?

I signed up for satellite service and they billed my credit card $500 dollars. Then they are like "oh sorry, we will credit that in 5-10 business days" and they just dont do it.

    Warn them then i think you can sue them if you give them a warning.
