What is the eternal reward for Muslim women?
I have heard a lot about what awaits Muslim men but not women.

I'm really sorry about this but i can only answer this question with verses from the Quran. I know it's long. Women are granted eternal Paradise of course with their Lord (swt) and their families. Also, you only hear about what men get because people like to bring up the whole "71 virgin" crap:
Bismillah erahman eraheem
“Covet not the gifts by which God hath raised some of you above others. The men shall have a portion according to their deserts, and the women a portion according to their deserts. Of God, therefore, ask His gifts. Verily, God hath knowledge of all things.” (4:36)
It shall be said to those who are to enter Paradise: “Enter ye and your wives into Paradise, delighted.” (43:70)
“O Prophet! Say to thy wives, if ye desire this present life and its braveries, come then, I will provide for you, and dismiss you with an honourable dismissal. But if ye desire God and His Apostle, and a home in the next life, then, truly, hath God prepared for those of you who are virtuous, a great reward.” (33:28-29)
“Truly the men who resign themselves to God (Muslims), and the women who resign themselves, and the believing men and the believing women, and the devout men and the devout women, and the men of truth, and the women of truth, and the patient men and the patient women, and the humble men and the humble women, and the men who give alms and the women who give alms, and the men who fast and the women who fast, and the chaste men and the chaste women, and the men and the women who oft remember God: for them hath God prepared forgiveness and a rich recompense.” (33:35)
“Whoso shall have wrought evil shall not be recompensed but with its like; but whoso shall have done the things that are right, whether male or female, and is a believer-these shall enter Paradise: good things unreckoned shall they enjoy therein.” (40:43)
“Know, then, that there is no god but God: and ask pardon for thy sin, and for believers, both men and women. God knoweth your busy movements, and your final resting-places.” (47:21)
“And that He may bring the believing men and the believing women into gardens ‘neath whose trees the rivers flow, to dwell therein for ever, and that He may cancel their evil deeds: for this is the great bliss with God.” (48:5)
“One day thou shalt see the believers, men and women, with their light running before them, and on their right hand. The angels shall say to them, ‘Good tidings for you this day of gardens beneath whose shades the rivers flow, in which ye shall abide for ever!’ This the great bliss!” (57:12)
“Verily, they who give alms, both men and women, and they who lend a generous loan to God,-doubled shall it be to them-and they shall have a noble recompense.” (57:17)

The eternal reward for muslim men and women is the same. There is no such thing as the reward of virgins in their faith.

Believing women will be rewarded in heaven
They will be much more beautiful than (Hoor) because of worshiping Allah in life .A Hoor beside her will look like her maid! Her eternal reward is like men rewards ,no difference ,but her husband (whom she chose in life) will be as beautiful as Yousuf(a prophet we believe he had the half of the beauty and all the world had the other half) ,has Mohammad's ethics .ppl in heaven won't become old at all ,won't need to sleep.....Women who weren't married ,divorced in life will choose whom they want to marry in heaven :)

It is the same reward for both, Paradise. God says what can be translated to mean:
For Muslim men and women,- for believing men and women, for devout men and women, for true men and women, for men and women who are patient and constant, for men and women who humble themselves, for men and women who give in Charity, for men and women who fast (and deny themselves), for men and women who guard their chastity, and for men and women who engage much in God's praise,- for them has God prepared forgiveness and great reward.
Quran (33:35)
What is inside paradise can be described in summary: it has what an eye has never seen, what an ear has never heard, and what someone can not even imagine.

It is sufficient to realize the words of Allah:
"They shall have whatever they wish with their Lord." [Qur'an: Surat Zumar, 34]
In Paradise, if we wish for something, it will be there before us, and no one will find anything less than everything they could possibly seek. Allah will inspire each to seek what is good, in accordance with their sincerity and spiritual striving in this life.
However, what we should worry about is getting there, by working to be of those of sincerity and spiritual striving.
