what do you mean by RAW land?..I am havong trouble understanding what you mean by raw.

By "raw" do you mean undeveloped land? land without buildings residential or commercial?

But generally, you sell land by advertisng in newspapers, placing signs on the plot, advertising in real estate magazines.

In most, if not all cases, you have to go through an attorney at law (in some places caled a solicitor) to settle the conveyance, to properly and legally transfer the titles and deeds from seller to buyer.
