you need to see a counselor--it appears there is some mental issue that needs to be tested; or you could stop watching cartoons. but what makes you to get so turned on? once you find out work with this and try to solve the need you have--maybe you are just going through puberty but get tested to make sure--there are some churches that provide free counseling
