I have banana peppers, something I've never grown before, I was wondering when's the perfect time to harvest?
How can I know exactly when they're ready?

you can know when they are ready because they stop growing, and they stay about the same size for four days. also if they are the color they are sopposed to be, then pick them. Or you could smell them and see if they smell like done peppers.

when they turn yellow. There is no perfect time, but just pick em as you need them
