Hungry or starving??ONLY ADULTS!?
A stranger walked up to you one day and said he would give you one dollar if you were hungry or one-hundred dollars if you were starving. Which one would you rather be hungry or starving?
And why?
I don't need definitions...I just need an answer. Starving or hungary?
Not the definition! Just your answer and why you chose that answer.

If I am just hungry - I'm fine and don't need his money let him give it to someone else. If I am starving 100 dollars won't help-get me to the hospital.
You don't want definitions - just answers but your question asked for why and the definitions are the why.

Hungry is only a small discomfort fixed by a good meal. Starving is where your body has started feeding on itself so you have lost muscle and probably have organ problems. Look at the bony looking actresses or pictures of death camp people, nobody wants to be starving for any amount of money. It comes from not enough food to keep you alive for months or years not just going to bed with no supper.

hungry.
if i'm starving it means i likely have not eaten in days. i don't want to not eat for days just to get a hundred dollars. if i'm simply hungry and someone gives me a dollar i certainly can't eat like a king but i can get something to satisfy me for a little while.

Starving BUT I wouldn't be that rude and take all his money.

silly question. Obviously you have never been either.
Because someone hungry would be starving.

hungry, I would never accept more pain even if the bribe was greater
