what size ball for syrian hamster?

There are usually two sizes of hamster ball on offer at pet shops: a normal hamster sized one and a smaller dwarf hamster one. You need the normal sized one. You will know which one is which as the dwarf one is very small.

Just a normal sized one, you can get from pet shops. There are only 2 sized hamster balls available: normal one, and dwarf sized one which you will be able to tell is really small.

Just your average size hamster ball, that's what I had for mine. As I remember they come in generally one size for smaller rodents like hammys and mice but I think you can get bigger ones for rats as they are huge sometimes.
