Is Revol a good cell phone carrier?

Have you have had service with Revol? They are one of the cheapest carriers and they have no long term contracts. Do they have good service? I do not really care about a hig-tech phone. I want good service at a low cost.

    I have never had Revol since their not available in my area.My friend in Ohio says their a good provider. Just make sure service is offered by Revol in the area you are in. I don't think they have the best coverage. I am all the way out in California and Revol is not here (that I know of).
