    Peanut Butter Fudge

    Ingredients

1 cup butter, plus more for greasing pan

    1 cup peanut butter

    1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

    1 pound confectioners’ sugar

    Instructions

Microwave butter and peanut butter for 2 minutes on high. Stir and microwave on high for 2 more minutes. Add vanilla and confectioners’ sugar to peanut butter mixture and stir to combine with a wooden spoon. Pour into a buttered 8 by 8-inch pan lined with waxed paper. Place a second piece of waxed paper on the surface of the fudge and refrigerate until cool. Cut into 1-inch pieces and store in an airtight container for up to a

    week.

  • I followed the changes others suggested,3cps. confectioners sugar, 2 cups brown sugar, and 1 cup peanutbutter. After pouring in the pan I left it out on the counter to "chill" since many others said not to refrigerate. I tried it about 2 hrs later and it had a soft consistency, not fudgelike. I put it in the refrigerator overnight hoping it would harden, which it did, but still not the consistency of what I think of fudge. Took it to a family cookout and some really liked it and some were just ok with it.... i always wake it for my family and i get to do it in anybody's house for a party so yessss it does come out good if you want a picture hen here it is i made this in a wedding and it was fun so it will be a little blury sorry so yes and my aunt was thinking to make a website of food that we can put pictures and yes i looked for a website so i can put the picture and my account name is What a Dish!

    Peanut Butter Fudge

1 C. peanut butter 1 C. white Caro (corn syrup)

    1 C. powdered sugar 1 C. nonfat dry milk

Mix all ingredients well. Pat into powdered sugar lined 8x8 pan. Don't cook.

You pretty much have to get your hands in there and knead it so it'll come out right. I add some additional powdered sugar after I'm done mixing all that...maybe another 1/3 or 1/2 cup.

    2 cups granulated sugar

    2 cups condensed milk

    1/2 cup butter

Combine these ingredients together over a medium heat, until they have combined. Allow to cool, but before it starts to set completely, fold in as much of your favorite peanut butter, as you'd like.

You could make your own PB, and chop some peanuts to give it some crunch, too.

Once the ingredients are all combined, pour into a parchment lined dish or baking tray and put in refrigerator to cool and firm up. Then cut into bite-sized chunks.
