Know any LOL Mystery Series?
In search of something truly funny but a mystery. I've read the Mommy Track series from Ayelet Waldman and the Heather Wells series from Meg Cabot and really enjoyed them. Looking for something along the lines of those. Got any suggestions?

books by Janet Evanovich are quite humorous. Yes, there are scenes in each one where you will laugh out loud. It's a silly series, but great for the funny bone. (Guaranteed.)
For a series with a lot more content, consider Alexander McCall Smith's novels about Mma. Ramotswe. Each book has funny moments, but it is also a very pleasurable series in other ways. The writing is lovely, and the protagonist is the kind of woman with whom I'd like to sit and enjoy a cup of bush tea.
