叶德荣 yè dé róng
叶 yè . Here this just is a family name, although it also means leaf.
德 dé means moral or virtuous
荣 róng means honour or glory.

Suen3 doesn't exist in Mandarin Chinese, so this is weird. Ke1 = not used as a Chinese surname. Zheng1 could be any character in Chinese. So 2/3 or more than 67% chance that it can't be written out in Chinese characters, so in conclusion, I can say several things: 1) You've been fooled / tricked into thinking it's a proper Mandarin Chinese name. 2) It's made up to look like a legitimate Chinese name, so you won't complain that it doesn't sound Chinese. 3) You didn't take Chinese classes or asked Chinese friends to ask if this is really a Chinese name or whether any of these "words" are suitable as part of a Chinese name.

德 this means your are a good man
荣 this means you will be rich .or your will do your job good so you can have more success.

德 = de2 = virtue...
荣 = rong2 = glory...
叶 = ye4 = leaf, it's the last name, but for Chinese people it always goes first...
