    You poop it out later, just like anything solid you swallow. Only catch is stomach acid can't digest it, so it comes out the same way it went in. But you won't even notice it.

    some people will tell you that if you swallow gum it stays in your system for years to come.others claim it can block your bowels.the truth is the gum will pass right through you and come out the same way it did when you swallowed it.

    Same thing that happens when you swallow anything else. It all comes out, in the end.

    apparently they say gum stays in your body for a few years and its dangerous to swallow a lot of it cos it builds up

    nothing it just goes though its a meth that gum stays in your system for 7 years if you hear that you wont die ok goodluck bye
