People in the Army lose weight really fast by three simple means:
1. Eat at least 2 square, balanced meals per day. You don't have to starve yourself, just make sure you don't eat all breads, all meats, etc. Balance it out with your food groups. Also, DON'T SNACK in between meals, snacking will kill your diet. Drink ONLY WATER! If you want you can have a gatorade around lunch time, but NO sodas, Kool-aid, sugary drinks, etc. And NO desserts, no cakes, pies, ice cream, etc. That will just ruin everything!
2. Here's your exercise
t portion of your exercise activities will consist of the push-ups and sit-ups. You'll want to do these every other day, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. That means in the morning, mid-morning, afternoon or lunch time, and evening. You want to rest at night time. 4 times a day:
Time yourself, and do proper push-ups for 2 minutes straight. Don't give up! Make sure you use proper form and make sure you "break the plane," meaning make sure you lower your chest far enough that your arms are parallel to your back. Even if you can't do more than 5 or 10, that's fine, DON'T GIVE UP! If your arms give out, then just stay in the "up" position until your 2 minutes is up completely.
Take about a 30 second break after the push-ups, and then start doing sit-ups for 2 minutes. That means continuously for 2 minutes, you attempt sit-ups, try to do as many as you can. And if your abs tighten up and you can't do sit-ups anymore, DON'T STOP! Continue to perform sit-ups until you give out, and then hold yourself in the "up" position for the remainder of the 2 minutes. For 2 minutes, NEVER allow yourself to rest your back on the ground. Make sure you do proper sit-ups, too, so try to put your feet under something so they don't come off the ground.
Now, on Tuesdays and Thursdays you'll want to try and jog from 1-2 miles. You can use a treadmill or a track or similar. That's only twice a week, so just try to do it if you can, and if you cannot do it because of time or whatever, then you'll need to do some kind of aerobics or something on Tuesdays and Thursdays. At least jog in place for about 20 minutes straight; that's better than nothing. I know jogging is really hard at first, but like I said it's only a couple times a week; and you definitely need some type of cardiovascular work out to get your body into shape; to get your blood pumping right and get your muscles tight.
3. Rest! Get a good night's sleep (at least 6-7 hours) and Try to rest on the weekends! If you want to take a jog or do your two minutes push-ups or your two minute sit-ups on Saturdays then just do them on Saturday, but rest on Sunday so that your muscles are in good shape to begin again on Monday. Try not to jog the same day as you do your other exercises, as you don't want to push it until you are in better shape. So stick to the every other day schedule.
Now..there's something else that is important for you:
stretch! Be sure to do proper stretching exercises for at least a couple minutes (10-15 seconds per muscle) that you will be working out. Stretching will keep you from injuring yourself.
Other than that, any other way to lose that much weight in the time you want it lost is gonna be futile. You will be very unhealthy to lose that kind of weight that fast except through great eating and exercise.
Good luck, I'm sure you are beautiful regardless of how you see yourself :)

Most people would tell you diet and exercise more. Well I've got a way you can lose 40 pounds in 2 months. Want to know why! 1. Set Up Realistic Weight Loss Goals. Don't set a weird goal like 10 pound a day no. 2. Drink Plenty of Water. Drink about 6-8 glass of water per day. 3. Chew More Slowly when You Eat. If you eat 5 smaller a day you will accomplish your goal, but pleas don't eat three enormous meal. That would actual get you fatter. 4. Exercise at least 30 minuets per day. Pleas stay away from pills they could kill you, some pills could help but there is a few that do help. If you follow this correctly you will achieve your weight goal.

You can do it, I did it!
Try and eat around 1400 - 1600 calories a day. Also try and eat 5 - 6, 100 - 200 calorie meals a day and make up those calories with fruits, veggies, and proteins!
I found this site, It has some good information on getting a flat stomach, best fat burning exercises, crunches, and information on what foods you should eat and when to eat them:

I dont know ur age but there is nothing worthwhile if it is too easy n too quick. but back to the subject.eating is the biggest problem. all those taters n bread r full of carbs n other fatty problems. limit ur intake of carbs unless u r intensely involved in serious exercise because carbs turn inyo starches then sugar n then fat unless ur burn it off because it turns to fat if not used.so exercise n limit ur carb intake n ull be fine.
