when is pay day is it Friday july 31 or Monday August 3rd?
I am putting out fliers and wondering when people get paid as this may increase calls for my service. (This is the 1s time I am doing fliers)

I get paid every other Friday, so for me Friday July 31 is not pay day.
Most people get paid on Fridays though, but every company it different. Some once a month and some get paid on Wednesdays (like my husband).
I'd say put your fliers up on Friday.

What is your company policy when payday falls on the weekend? In the majority of companies that I've worked for, this would mean that payday would be the Friday before. But, in one in particular, it meant that payday would be on Monday. Another company had the policy that if the regular pay-date fell on a Saturday, it would occur on Friday, and if it fell on Sunday, it would occur on Monday.
