I got a free phone for my daughter from lets talk dot com.  It came in and she used it for two weeks then accidentally dropped it in a pool.  Lets talk said it had too much talk time on it and I had to send it to Motorola.  Did that but due to the water damage, it was not covered under their warranty.  So what do I do?  She has a two year contract and no phone.  If I get a replacement phone off of ebay, how do I know it will work on verizon?  I see something about  esn #, what is that?  What should I look out for?  Can I buy any phone and use it on the plan?
