a few years ago i had to get my adenoids taken out, but while i was in the hospital in my bed, i started talking to another guy about my age. he asked what i was getting done, so i told him about my adenoids. he said he had the done when he was about 6 or 8, and assured me it wasn't that big of a deal, plus he got ice cream.
later, i asked him, he replied that he was getting a circumcision. i told him i had that done when i was born and couldn't walk for a year!
