What happens if I connect a 32-40" HD TV to my X-box 360?

Will I lose any definition of game detail on the screen due to the pixels being stretched?

It'll be fine. The 360 can handle that no problem. If you're using the component cables that came with the 360, make sure you have the switch set to HDTV or it won't look right.

Running it on an HDTV you'll see somethings that won't look right like jagged edges when you're really close to objects, but those are just artifacts of graphics rendering. It has nothing to do with the TV.

Yow will get the best picture possible. You will need to use a HDMI cable or the composite leads to connect it to the tv.
