Cookie suggestions for my bakery?
I have an online bakery specializing in cookies. I'm looking for unique recipes and/or suggestions. I already have all the basic cookies and a few gourmet ones.
Beauvoir, I am a huge fan of cinnamon. I will have to give that a try. Thanks, and maybe I'll name them Beauvoirs :)

if you make an all chocolate cookie you can just add some cinnamon and Cayenne pepper to the mix and call them mexican hot chocolate cookies.
Try to make a gourmet macaroon as well, its about time macaroons come back into style...
Just remember the name is pronounced like bev-wa, most people tend to say beavar or somthing like that, its quite sad really.

How about doing your take on some of the old deserts and making it into cookie form. Like a red velvet cookie, key lime cookie, sweet potato cookies, bungalow cookie, cinnamon roll cookies etc. It would be intresting to see if you could make a cookie with the unique flavors of all the cakes, pies and sweets we all grew up eating.
...........and I love the idea of the Beauvoirs too!
