This is a terrible trade for you plus you have to drop two more players. Most people don't think of this. Remember that quantity rarely equals quality.

Atkins sucks, Molina is ok.

Bartlett, Aardsma, and Marquis all suck and are having career years and will be going downhill for sure next season.

I say you take this trade. You get ur saves with Valverde, and young pitching talent with Jurrjens.

I have Martin in a keeper league, and the league had no 3B FA's and I needed a 3B man, so I put Martin at 3rd base and added Molina as my catcher, and he's been hitting for a better average than martin overall this year. So I would accept this deal, it's pretty good.

You should definitely trade. I think your getting the better end of the deal! Aaron Cook has to be one my favorite baseball players!
