Any one knows a product name it Riddex to remove roaches from home?

This product really works or are just scam?

    mop with a solution of boric acid from the dollar store and place some in the corners of the cabinetts in folded papers they look for those to nest in and eat the poison the others carry the corpse back to the nest and feast on the poison

    I tried it for mice last winter.

    It did not work!
