Is being controled by some one with out anyone?

We have built in mechanisms that tell us right from wrong, good from bad, and free verses controlled. To be controlled by another is contrary to having free will. Unless born and raised under this influence, most people know when they are under the influence of control. No one can be controlled without ones permission unless they are either incarcerated or in a situation that would be life threatening. Even God gives us the freedom to choose.

My partner controlled me for quite some time, it was only when I had started to wonder who I even am anymore that I realized what he had been doing to me.

I don't even know who I am anymore, he has changed and sculpted me to the way he wanted me to be.

The problem is they do it gradually over a period of time. You start by changing one thing, then its another and another until you are a completely different person and completely under there control.

yes totally... the quite ones who sit back and observe and only need to make small seemingly pointless remarks...but people really do wat they say because its a miracle they talk or even have an opinion!
