Who is the best TEAM player in the NBA?

Who would you say is the best team player in the NBA? I'd pick Duncan. He made Ginobili and Parker the stars they are today.

Update:

If we all had to chose 1, who would it be?

    Chauncey Billups

Nobody ever talks about how clutch CHAUNCEY BILLUPS is. Chauncey is very underrated. Remember he won a championship with the 2004 DETROIT PISTONS plus an MVP award. He can change the pace of a game with a jump shot or just a nice pass. Billups is a great defender to he knows how to drive the ball into the paint and get to the line. Chauncey is a player that you shouldn't leave open. With 5 seconds to go and your down by 2 i want Billups to have the ball because he is very smart and will make the right decision. ( 3 pointer for the win, a pass to a player cutting to the basket, or just him using his moves to get to the line.) Don't forget about what he did and what he can still do. He is a great Point Guard that is still one of the bests, plus my favorite of all time.

    Chauncey Billups' awards:

    2004 NBA Champion

    2004 NBA Finals MVP

    2004–05 NBA All-Defense Second Team

    2005–06 NBA All-Defense Second Team

    2005–06 All-NBA Second Team

    2008–09 All-NBA Third Team

    4x NBA All-Star

    2006–07 All-NBA Third Team

    2007–08 Citizenship Award

    2008-09 NBA Sportsmanship Award

There are a lot to choose from, but I'll say Chauncey Billups. Look at the huge difference he made on the Denver Nuggets. With Iverson, they got blown out 4-0 in the first round of the playoffs. They lacked heart, passon, and leadership. Fast forward one season after swapping Iverson for Billups and they are competing in the WCF. He hasn't always gotten the same recognition as some other star players, but the dude is a winner and does whatever it takes to make it happen. He'll pass up his own shot to get it to the hot hand. He rebounds, defends, and instills confidence in the players around him.

Nobody has even mentioned Jason Kidd. The guy is top five all-time in assists and one of the most unselfish players in NBA history. Great on and off court leader, i've seen plenty of games where he doesnt even attempt 10 shots while playing over 35 min.(thats with having the ball in his hands a majority of the time)

I think the Boston Big 3 became team players when they started playing together. I also thought of Chris Paul, he doesn't try to score a lot, knows who to pass it to, and just has great knowledge of what is going on and what he has to do.

Deron Williams for sure. He makes everyone better on his team. Made Boozer into a all star and along with Paul Millsap.
