Skill Drain Dad? Perfect Circle?

Question

I am trying to make a new deck and just got some Destiny Hero and Destiny Draw cards yesterday. I have almost every cards to form a perfect circle or skill drain dad deck, but I don't know which to choose. Can you please tell me which deck is better and how they actually works?

( I am confused why is DAD in a skill drain deck as it can't even use its effect when it was special summoned. )

Well the main reason why Dark Armed Dragon is in a skill drain deck because it still can be special summoned by just having 3 dark monster in your graveyard. The first effect stated on the card can still be valid but not the second but why not have him in your build because he is a free 2800 beat stick and is still easy to special summon. This is Jeff Jones build. This is the most flawless build you can make of a Skill Drain DAD deck. Other decks trying to be original are not as good as this build

I can say there really is no good use of a skill drain dad deck. but a destiny hero dad deck would be even better because u can run well with dark monsters. IF that doesn't work then if you heard of cat synchros, that would be the next best thing.
