STILL CLEAR
from season to season,
heart stay the same.
no changes,
from the day you love me,
prison is prison,
no sympathy,
to the lover,
who is missing the partner..
every dayline is still clear,
when you smile only for me,
every angle is still clear,
your face gazing mine..
that vibrates my soul,
bcoz of me,
you and i separated.
as the fate written this way,
everything is just a while,
as long as i breathe,
ypu will always in my heart..

he means they were in love for several months. (from season to season) one was taking away from the other in some type of situation (one moved, went to prison, etc.) then he says its his fault they separated. and she/he will be in his heart till the day he dies

You are right to be confused. Many of the lines in the poem have grammar which is incorrect thus making the line nonsense.
EG
" as long as i breathe,
ypu will always in my heart.."
Do you mean....
As long as I breathe,
You will always be in my heart.
There are many other examples of this type of mistake.
