Poll: Are you.......?

An Independent voter. I vote for whomever I think would be a good representative of the voters. Unfortunately, there are fewer and fewer candidates that meet that criteria. And then there are the candidates that once they get to D.C. become power-hungry self-serving representatives of only their political party and the special interest groups. I am beginning to believe that even voting is becoming an exercise in futility regardless of what you call yourself.

I am an enrolled Democrat, and was an elected County Committeeman for 25 years. Health reasons forced me to step down.

I must admit that as I get older, I am swing more Conservative in my way of thinking on many issues. I have seen a lot that has really soured me on many, so-called, Democratic 'hot-button' issues.

I am a Caucasian male, age 53, and Permanently Disabled.

Independent, I lean to the left, I voted for Obama, because, it was, in fact this election going to be either him or McCain.
