Is it safe to put eyeliner on your top waterline?

It's perfectly fine to do it with a pencil eyeliner, I do it everyday to prevent having a gap between the liner and my lashes.

However I wouldn't recommend doing it with liquid or gel eyeliner! It'll definitely run into your eyes before it dries and become a mess.

It's safe if you use a waterproof liner. It won't run into your eyes. But, if you shouldn't share eyeliner with anyone if you're going to put it that close to your eye ball. I got an eye infection from doing that.

Oh and it really isn't that hard to put eyeliner on your top "waterline". It's actually much easier than the bottom

I've been doing it for a while and havnt found anything wrong with it

....the only problem is that when you blink it goes onto your bottom waterline as well

yes. i do it everyday. it makes ur eyes look way better since there in no skin between ur lashes and ur eye showing

Just be extremley careful, and don't do it in a rush!! you don't want to poke yourself.
