Toro Proline lawn mower problem, surging?
I have a 13 hp kohler command pro engine on a proline, relatively new, that at high speed, it surges. All fuel and air passages are clean, proper sparkplug and gap, clean fresh fuel, float setting correct, governor adjusted to fact. specs. There is only a low speed carb needle, does not have or need a fuel pump, (gravity feed) and a walbro carb. Anyone have any suggestions?
Do you people READ the question?

hi rob yes i read it yesturday did you take the carb off and clean it out real good? if your careful taking it apart you wont need to buy the carb kit but take it apart and clean up with a can of carb cleaner then if you got access to a compressor blow out all the orfices and put back together and reinstall. im still betn that you have a piece of dirt clogged in there somewhere :0)
