One is an Elf. The whole are the Elvene and the Elf-Quene is Mab.
The above is not miss spelled, but the archaic spelling of specific words.
Edit: I just checked another book. The name used for a gather of Elves is a "Troupe." This is the same wording as used for Faeries.

Flock implies they're like sheep. Elves are sentient demihumans; coalition, army, party, society, council, coalition, coven, tribe, village, city, nation, but hardly ever flock unless for some reason you dislike elves.

Well it depends on what race they are.you've got the lothlorian elves then the wood,dark,high,mountain(commonly know as orcs).You call them by there race.Example:The rivendel elves or elves of rivendel.
