should i hang up?
ive been on hold for 50 minutes now waiting for city assure to answer my call about my computer...for circuit city. this is taking forever, has anyone else had to wait this long?

Are you sure that you've been on hold and not disconnected?
If so, then hang in there! Don't give up! Otherwise, they've wasted a whole 50 minutes of your life without you getting anything out of it!
If possible, put it on speaker and set it down so you don't have to worry about it. When someone answers, you'll be ready.
If you do hang up, go there in person and raise hell!

hell yea thats not professional business but i found out that if youre on there for more than 60 min. they left you on hold and hung up so u might wanna hang up and call back thats bullshit
