Having 2 problems with my Yahoo email?
Hiya all, i will be very grateful if someone has experienced what i have happening, or if they have any advice for me. The first problem is, when i check the mail that i want to move into a folder that i created, it no longer moves it.
The second problem is...you know the bar that houses the Bold, the Underline, and the emoticons? It is no longer there-just gray where all that used to be. I can no longer personalize my composed messages. I mailed Yahoo about my problems but they were less than helpful. Thx to anyone who may have a possible clue as to what i can do to fix this.

I can answer your 2nd question. When you compose an email you have the option to compose in Rich Text or Plain Text. You need to click Rich Text to get those other options. This setting is on the right just above the tool bar you use when composing your messages.
I am not sure why you cannot check the box next to the email you want to move and then click the Move button and choose which folder you want to put it in.

you should be click-hold and drag the email you want to move to the new folder.
The 2nd question that happened to me once - I blame the kids. I think i went to Options and put my settings back to default; to be honest I don't really know but good place to start searching.
