Getting videos from adobe flash?

Hello,

I wanted to download a video to my computer. The video is on a website but it is in adobe flash player so I don't know if its possible.

Can anyone help?

    The only thing I could think of, is for you to get the Download Helper add-on to Firefox, and try it downloading the video. First, of course, you need to get Firefox, if you don't already use it.
