What kind of doctor is this?

I overheard a conversation and a guy said he was an "Op Doc"...What kind of doctor would this be?

    A doctor in any field may be referred to an "op doc" if he/she performs operations. Examples: plastic surgeon=op doc. dermatologist performing routine acne checks=NOT an op doc. dermatologist performing a skin graph=op doc.

    An op doc is an operational document....not a medical doctor.
