Looking for the most cheapest AGP Component Out Video Card as it will only be used for a Media Center.?

This video card will be running only DVD's and Videos off of Netflix so doesn't require anything for gaming experience. The video card needs to work with Vista which I think mostly all of them will that have this feature.

Update:

This is an older SDTV with component IN thats why I need to be able to handle that. Their is no HDMI port on the TV.

If you are going to connect to an HDTV, you don't need component-out. Any video card with a DVI port will do-- They can be connected to an HDTV using a DVI-to-HDMI cable.

If you are connecting to an old boob-tube TV that has component inputs, this AGP card from Newegg has YPbPr component out: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8...

    Hope this helps.
