Why do I no longer have access to my other e-mail account?

Sign out of Yahoo.

Then delete your temporary Internet files, history and cookies, some computers need to reboot.

To go to your other account, go to the home page of the mail service you have an account with. For yahoo, you want to go to yahoo.com and click on mail.

Sign in using your ID name and password, making sure you are typing in your ID name and password correctly, and do not have the "Caps lock" on. If that does not help, then use this:

Click on the

'Forget your 'ID' or password?' link

at the yahoo sign in page.

This will send your password to your alternate E-mail account.

If this does not help you to gain access to your account, then you can contact service representative and explain the situation to them.

After 6 months of inaction plus an further 2 months for each 12 months you held the account, unfastened Yahoo mail money owed would be deleted immediately. If even with the undeniable fact which you have Mail Plus, it won't get deleted!

After 6 months of state of no pastime plus one greater 2 months for each 3 hundred and sixty 5 days you held the account, loose Yahoo mail debts would be deleted quickly. If in spite of the undeniable fact which you have Mail Plus, it won't get deleted!
