why is there naked women on yahoo images?

why when I type in yahoo images WITH THE safe mode ON do I get pics of naked women and the words I type in are simple everyday words

    Sometimes images get through the safe search option. If you see this, please report it so that the Yahoo! search team can remove the images from the search results.

    idk that happenes to me too try added more stuff not only yahoo images try yahoo images with something u want to see hoped this helped
