Elizabeth. It's pretty and classic. And I love the nickname Ellie.

Katherine. I love that name, and either spelling is nice. I do like it spelled with a K though.
My second choice would be Kayla. That is a nice name.
Third is Elizabeth, though I only like that for a middle name.
Fourth would be Paige...I don't like that name, sorry!

Kayla is a trendy name so you might regret it soon.
My sisters kids names are Ella and Amelia. Both pretty names. Too bad every one in the last 4 years agreed so not very original. I think Kayla will be the same
