ok i dont wanna sound needy...but?
i'm really insecure with myself i feel like absolute sh*t. for some reason over the year i've gotten so lazy with myself. i gave up with school, i don't do work, i've been eating horribly, and i just feel negative with everything. again i dont wanna sound needy and pathetic and i usually dont do this but i have no1 to turn to and i need advice on how to bounce back from this phase. i know i'm not the only one whose insecure and we all get lazy at times but i've been in this mode of being stuck, not doing anything, and just sitting. i'm only 17 and i wanna do better in school, i wanna look healthy and lose a couple of pounds, i want to just feel better with myself and get outta this lazy/confused phase... please anyone with constructive advice. lol i know i sound like a total fat pathetic loser but you all obviously don;t know me- i just need a motivation, i tried alot but idk.....(srry to write so much but u get the idea)

lol thnxs guys but i do have friends and i do go out the thing is my day consists of school, work, going home, and then nothing, i'm just lazy through out the day, i sit at school, i sit at work. like i just sit there as if theres no point of doing anything. my weekends consists of going out but i'm never too happy =/ idkk y im in a stage of like lazyiness and depression

Hi there.. I kinda felt the same way a year ago... what i advice is this....
First, start exercising/working out, it helps you lose weight and it will also help you feel much more active and energetic everyday... make sure you have an 8 hour sleep every night... if you have spare time take naps, hhmmm very good for you skin...also drink lots and lots of h2o :-), also good for the skin... Start reducing those junk foods and unhealthy food and start eating fruits and veggies BUT don't deprive yourself set one or two days where you can eat whatever you want IN SMALL AMOUNTS (for ex, Mon-Fri eat what you SHOULD eat, then Sat-Sun eat what you WANT)... Be sure to have a good personla hygiene OKAY!... Good wardrobe is also an xtra point .... So if you need advice in outfits and fashionable stuff, just ask me, I design men's and women's clothes so I can help you out... Also you are 17 (my age a year ago,hahaha) anyway, you are in the age where you should be active, start doing chores at home, you not only activate your self but you also help your parents, right?
Start school again, I know it might be boring and difficult right now, but it will all pay off once you get a good job in the future, but If you want you can also apply for part time jobs so that you can also support your studies...

I could be a total asshole, but I am too far above that. To give yourself more confidence, on your bathroom mirror post sticky notes that have compliments and read the sticky notes aloud every morning while looking at yourself. Start doing some morning exercises like ab crunches and leg stretches and have your parents get you fruits/vegetables.
You should eat something every three to four hours after eating first thing in the morning. It'll keep your metabolism up and you'll lose weight. If you don't eat within the first two hours of getting up, your body will go into starvation mode and collect fat from anything you eat the rest of the day.
Try doing something different with your hair and makeup to. Even changing the part can make a huge difference.

haha sounds just like me. i went through a period not too long ago (2 years ago at most) where i became anti-social and didn't even bother to do good in school.
for the weight, go to excercise tv (google it!) and there is good videos.
your motivation for grades? your life depends on it! Without good grades, you can't make it into a good college, if you plan on going. Do you want this hovering you for the rest of your life?
I'm naturally a lazy person..What i did was read the chapter we just started for class ahead of time. Just so I didn't have to do it later on. It was really nice, i even got better grades.
Another thing, join a sports team or something.

Here are some things to do:
*Start getting out more!
*Eat healthier
*Try to make a new friend that you share interests and hobbies with
*Studying is a bore, but you need to do it if you want to excel ;)

it seems as if you need someone to talk to If you're really desperate I could try talk to you,
join a gym, this will get you to meet new people and gte fit and doing things, apply for a job, even as a retail assistant. Maybe contact an old friend, go and join something and get yourself back out there.
Why now apply for college or go back to school? hop it all works out!

you just need to get into doing sumthing fun, sumthing you enjoy, like photograhy, or drawing, or any kind of sport. even if its just walking your dogs, or sumthing. because if you start getting out and doing sumthing, for one, you will loose weight, and two, you will stop feeling lazy and probably start doing better at school. i think the phase will pass, but if it doesnt, you should talk to sum 1 about it.(whose not on the internet, lol.)

eat healthy. excersize. and have a day once a week or whenever, that you just spend the day at home pampering yourself. take a long hot bath or shower. give yourself a facial, shave your legs, paint your nails, whatever makes you feel good. even if no ones going to see/feel it, bit will make you fee better about yourself. also try wearing sexy underwear under your clothes, just for yourself.

alright, for... advice i guess, try joining a sports team. whatever you wanna try, try. there's usually places for beginners to fit in. plus it's an excellent way to get fit... er, try doing something else; take up a new hobby like knitting or sewing (don't laugh, i have a friend who sews and she makes her own clothes which she feels really comfortable in) or kite flying, whatever. just something to take your mind off things.

College is useless in this economy i would know i graduated last year and no one is hiring. Go meet up with friends and have a sleepover do whatever girls do and workout don't think about your failures.
