What would the U.S. do if three Iranian hikers strayed across the Canadian border?

definitely would send them into jail.

even i know a few iranians who LEGALLY enetred usa but they send them into jail directly from the airport and then after a few days deport them back to iran.

I'm sure the governemnt would ask them if they wanted to get a free education, free government work programs, free insurance, and guarantee to a high paying job since they are a minority, or they would ask if they would rather do nothing, and receive a welfar check from the government every month. THey most likely would take the welfare check, then sign up for social secutiry, disability, and unemployment, and receive all of those.

The US would punish the border security officers for doing their jobs and detaining them. Then the Iranians would sue the officers, and the US i.e. Janet Nepolitano would be in support of the Iranians.

The same thing we do to all illegals when we catch them. Offer them a free trip home, or if the want to stay the can go to court and fight to stay in the country.

It depends on what they are exactly doing. Might turn them around depending on the case.. But it's border security.

Give them jobs, health care and an education.
