  • Why do the Dems need the Republicans to pass health care?

The Dems have 60 Senate seats and a lead of 40 seats in the House. They have more than enough to pass it without one Republican vote. Is this just a ploy because they never planned to actually pass healthcare? It is to good of an election tool to get votes to lose by actually doing it? Will we here in 2010 that it was all the Republicans fault and they need more Democrat seats to pass it, then just blame it on the Republican again in 2011 when it fails to pass.

  • Gas prices increase because of Obama?

Since gas prices went up because Bush was in bed with big oil from 2000 to 2008. Then dropped before the election because of Obama. Now that they are going back up, are we to assume that Obama is in bed with big oil too.

  • Is it legal for a business owner to do after Obama wins?

    Dear Fellow Business Owners

As a Business owner who employs 30 people, I have resigned myself to the fact that Barack Obama, will be our next President, and that my Taxes and Fees, will go up in a BIG way.

To compensate for these increases, I figure that the customer will have to see an increase in my fees to them of about 8%. I will also have to lay off 6 of my employees. This really bothered me as I believe we are family here and didn't know how to choose who will have to go.

So, this is what I did. I strolled thru the parking lot and found 8 Obama

bumper stickers on my employee's cars. I have decided these folks will be the first to be laid off.

I can't think of another fair way to approach this problem. If you have a

better idea, let me know. Their all good people.

I am sending this letter to all business owners that I know.

  • ACORN, the Obama camp, and false registration?

Everyone knows that the Obama camp has paid ACORN $800,000 to help register people to vote. ACORN has been accused of thousands of false voter registration forms.

Should the Obama campaign be the ones that are really upset because they are in essence stealing from them?

Has anyone thought that they are not trying to commit voter fraud, but instead scam the Obama camp out of hundreds of thousand dollars. It goes to reason that if they where paid to get out the vote, had goals to make, and failed to meet them. That some of their staffers would start making out false voter registration cards not to change the election, but to get out of failing to meet their quota and getting fired?

  • McCain and Obama on taxes?

Do you really think that McCain will not raise taxes and that Obama will only raise taxes on the rich? With the skyrocketing dept and now the government bail outs the money has to come from somewhere. McCain want the war to continue, that will cost billions. Obama want the government to pick up health care cost for 48 million more people, that will also cost billions.

Where is all this money going to come from? You can raise the taxes on the rich, but that will only get so much. It looks like every ones taxes will go up no matter who gets elected.

  • Do you think this would end the wars in the Middle East?

If we transferred all of our electrical production to wind, solar, and coal and away from oil. Then moved our heating away from home heating oil to electric, natural gas, and geothermal. Then we increased the mileage on our vehicles to over 45 mpg. The price of oil would go through the floor, since we use most of the world’s oil. Then the billions that flow each year into the Middle East would dry up. Their leaders would go from living in luxury to worrying about how to feed their people, since they import a large part of there food. They would no longer be able to spread terrorism because they would be looking for food, and the US has the largest potential to produce food for export. We could sell them food discounted rate so they become dependent on us. Then they can not attack us for fear of starving.

Do you think it would work?
